For digital products and online courses:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@kaaglobal.com
  • Access to the course will be revoked upon refund approval

2. Consulting Services

For consulting services:

  • 48-hour cancellation policy for scheduled sessions
  • Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance
  • 50% charge for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance

3. Workshop and Event Registrations

For workshops and events:

  • Full refund available up to 7 days before the event
  • 50% refund for cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before the event
  • No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before the event

4. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Cancel anytime through your account dashboard
  • Pro-rated refunds available for unused portion of annual subscriptions
  • Monthly subscriptions will end at the current billing period

5. Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds will be issued to the original payment method
